Process Analyst - Payments

We are looking for a Process Analyst (Payments) who can start as soon as possible and is available for a short-term assignment.

This role is a temporary replacement for one of our consultants.

You will support the analysis, optimization, and implementation of payment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document end-to-end payment processes (SEPA, SWIFT, instant payments, etc.)
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities across processes
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for IT
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and system changes
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g. PSD2, compliance frameworks)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, IT, compliance, and business teams
  • Contribute to testing activities (UAT) and validate implemented changes
  • Monitor process performance and define KPIs

Profil attendu

  • 3–7 years of experience as a Process Analyst or Business Analyst in payments
  • Strong knowledge of payment flows (SEPA, SWIFT, cards, or instant payments)
  • Experience within banking or financial services is required
  • Solid understanding of process modelling (BPMN or similar)
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English and either Dutch or French (mandatory)
