Business Analyst – Custody & Securities Services

Tâches & Responsabilités

  • Collect, analyse, and challenge business requirements with internal stakeholders
  • Translate needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
  • Perform impact analysis across processes, systems, and operational flows
  • Support solution design together with Product Owner, IT teams, and business experts
  • Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and validate requirements
  • Follow delivery progress and contribute to testing and implementation readiness
  • Ensure smooth change adoption through communication and documentation

Profil attendu

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst
  • Understanding of investment products and custody / securities services
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Skilled in requirements gathering, process modelling, and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical mindset and structured working approach
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (business + IT)
  • Fluent in English + FR/NL
