Data Analyst

Tâches & Responsabilités

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong expertise in data warehousing and modelling to support data-driven initiatives within a banking environment. The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate complex business needs into reliable and scalable data solutions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Analyse and challenge business requirements and translate them into structured functional and technical specifications

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure alignment with existing data architecture

• Model and document data structures using 3NF and dimensional modelling (Kimball methodology)

• Support the design, validation, and optimisation of ETL processes

• Conduct impact analysis and formulate clear solution proposals

• Maintain consistent and structured documentation of requirements, models, and solutions

• Support testing and validation activities (e.g. defect analysis, UAT follow-up)

• Contribute to knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and team improvement efforts

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, retrospectives)

• Identify data-related risks and ensure compliance with internal governance and security standards
